It was time to head down to Acapulco and check on the boys of Casa Hogar. They are doing well in school and getting good grades. We rewarded them with a shopping trip for some new shoes.
The concept of recycling is new in Acapulco. So, we created an outing where we collected trash and plastic in the area. Helping the environment is important, and we are trying to inspire change and instill that mindset by working together.
We left the boys with a summer challenge: collect as much plastic as possible!
Of course, we also made some time to have a little fun. We chartered a private yacht for a day and enjoyed some swimming, diving, and each other's company!
